云南甜柿叶化学成分研究

摘要


运用多种柱层析手段对新鲜云南产日本甜柿叶甲醇提取物的化学成分进行研究,并借助于核磁共振、质谱等现代有机波谱学手段的方法,从中共分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (1),山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷 (2),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (3),刺五加苷E (4),长寿花葡萄糖苷 (5),熊果酸 (6),齐墩果酸 (7).其中化合物4和5为首次从柿属中分离得到. Phytochemical investigation on the leaves of Yunnan Diospyros kaki led to the isolation of 7 compounds and their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic methods (NMR, MS) as Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (2), Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), Eleutheroside E (4), 6S, 9S-roseoside (5), Ursolie acid (6) Oleanolic acid (7), respectively. Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from diospyros genus for the first time.
