俄色茶的化学成分研究

摘要


利用溶剂提取和正、反相色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等技术对采自藏区的俄色茶(Malus torangoades (Rehd.) Hughes)的化学成分进行了研究.采用核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.从俄色茶的乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:根皮苷(1),根皮素(2),3-羟基根皮苷(3),3-羟基根皮素(4),三叶苷(5),槲皮素(6),槲皮苷(7),异槲皮苷(8),芦丁(9),金丝桃苷(10),香豆酸(11),咖啡酸(12).化合物1~5为二氢查耳酮类化合物,化合物6~10为黄酮类化合物,化合物11和12为酚酸成分.其中化合物3~5和7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到. This paper studied the chemical constituents from the leaves of Malus torangoades (Rehd.) Hughes growing in Tibetan regions. The compounds were isolated and purified by various kinds of column chromatography,such as the silica gel column,MPLC, semi-preparative HPLC,and Sephadex LH-20.The structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopicmethods in combination with MS experiments. The results showed that 12 compounds were isolated from Malus torangoades (Rehd.) Hughes, and identified as phloridzin (1),phloretin (2),sieboldin (3),3-hydroxyphloretin (4),trilobatin (5),quercetin (6), quercitrin(7),isoquercitrin (8),rutin (9),hyperoside (10),coumaric acid (11),Caffeic acid (12). Compounds 1~5 are dihydrochalcones, 6~10 are flavonoids, while 11~12 are phenolic compounds,of which compounds 3~5 and 7~12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
