无柄金丝桃茎部的化学成分初步研究

摘要


采用系统预试法对无柄金丝桃茎的水提取液、乙醇提取液、酸性乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液进行化学成分初步研究,发现无柄金丝桃茎部含有黄酮类化合物、多糖、甙类和蒽醌类;不含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质类和生物碱类;可能含有三萜皂甙、酚类化合物、有机酸类、内酯、香豆素及其甙类、甾体、三萜类化合物、油脂类以及挥发油.优化了黄酮化合物超声提取条件,利用大孔树脂对其进行分离纯化,提取率为6.06%,纯化后黄酮含量为55.7%,初步确定无柄金丝桃茎含有多种有效成分,为进一步研究该植物的生物活性成分及开发利用提供了实验基础. This study aims to identify the chemical components of the stems of Hypericum augustinii N.Robson. The stems of Hypericum augustinii N.Robson are extracted by water, ethanol, acidic ethanol, and petroleum ether in the pre-test for the determination of its chemical components. It concludes that the stems of Hypericum augustinii N.Robson contain flavonoids, polysaccharide, glycosides and anthraquinone, but have no amino acids, polypeptide, protein and alkaloids. It probably contains triterpenoid saponins, phenolic compounds, organic acid, lactone, coumarin, glycosides, steroids, triterpenoids, volatile oil and grease. This study has further optimized the ultrasonic extraction conditions of flavonoids, and used the macroporous resin for purification. The extraction yield is 6.06%, the purified flavonoid content is 55.7%. It has primarily determined its chemical components, which provides a foundation for its further research and application.
