丽江产西南獐牙菜的化学成分研究

摘要


西南獐芽菜( Swertia cincta Burk )为一种龙胆科獐牙菜属的民间植物药.对采自云南省丽江石鼓镇的西南獐牙菜进行化学成分研究.采用现代分离分析技术,从全株该植物95%的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分,分离出9个已知的酮类化合物,并用现代波谱分析技术鉴定了它们的结构分别为:(1)2,8-二羟基-1,6-二甲氧基酮,(2)1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基酮,(3)1,5-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基酮,(4)1-羟基-3,5,8-三甲氧基酮,(5)1,3,5,8-四羟基酮,(6)1,2,6,8-四羟基酮,(7)1,3,6,7-四羟基酮,(8)1,3,7-三羟基酮,(9)1,2,3,4-四氢-1,4,6,8-四羟基酮. Nine known xanthones were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of 95% ethanol extracted from the whole herb of Swertia cincta. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and compared with the data reported in the relevant literature, and characterized to be (1) 2,8-dihydroxy-1,6-dimethoxy-xanthen-9-one,(2) 1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxy-xanthen- 9-one,(3) 1,5-dihydroxy-3,8-dimeth-xanthen-9-one,(4) 1-hrdroxy-3,5,8-trimethoxy-xanthen-9- one,(5) 1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxy-xanthen-9-one,(6) 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxy-xanthen-9-one,(7) 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxy-xanthen-9-one,(8) 1,3,7-trihydroxy-xanthen-9-one,(9) 1,4,6,8-tetrahydroxy -1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-xanthenes-9-one.
