酸法提取红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维的工艺优化
Optimization of waterinsoluble dietary fiber extraction from Lethariella spp.residue by the acid treatment technology

摘要


利用红雪茶渣作为提取工艺的原料,运用简便的酸液提取法制备红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维,为红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维副产物的综合开发利用开辟新途径,为生产水不溶性膳食纤维提供新料源思路.在酸液浓度、料液比、处理温度、处理时间4个单因素试验的基础上设计四因素三水平的正交试验,研究红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,影响红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维产率的因素由大到小次序为:料液比>处理温度>酸液浓度>处理时间.通过正交试验结果获得的最佳工艺条件为:酸液浓度0.10 mol/L,酸处理时间3.0 h,酸处理料液比1∶50 g/mL,酸处理温度50 ℃.该提取条件下,红雪茶渣水不溶性膳食纤维的得率为(34.61±0.19)%. For the comprehensive utilization of the byproducts, water-insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) from Lethariella spp. residue was prepared by using the acid treatment extraction method. The effects of acid solution concentration, the ratio of the solid to the liquid, the acid treatment time and acid treatment temperature on the IDF yield were tested. Then on the basis of the single factor test, the orthogonal test was taken to study the optimum extraction technology of the IDF. The result showed that the effects of four factors were in the following sequence order: the ratio of the solid to the liquid, the treatment time, the acid solution concentration and the acid treatment temperature. And the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the acid solution concentration was 0.10 mol/L, the acid treatment time was 3.0 h, the ratio of the solid to the liquid was 1∶50 g/mL, and the acid treatment temperature was 50 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of IDF from Lethariella spp. residue was (34.61±0.19)%.
