超声波辅助提取金线莲多糖工艺优化
Optimization of the extraction technology for Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide by using ultrasonic assistant extraction

摘要


以金线莲为原料、金线莲多糖提取率为指标,优化了超声波辅助提取金线莲多糖的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,在料液比(g∶mL)=1∶70、温度80℃、超声功率210W的条件下作用50min,金线莲多糖提取率达到2.495%.超声波技术强化了金线莲多糖的提取效果. With the extraction rate of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide as the index, the optimum conditions of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide by using the ultrasonic assistant extraction were studied. The results showed that under the following conditions, the solid-to-solvent ratio at 1∶70 (g∶mL), the temperature 80 ℃, the ultrasonic powder 210 W and the extraction time 50 min, the extraction yield of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide reached 2.495%. The extraction effect of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide was strengthened by the ultrasonic technology.
