计时电流法电沉积制备Ni-S镀层及在锂离子电池上的应用
Synthesis of Ni3S4/S composites via chronoamperometry and its application in lithium-ion batteries

摘要


以硫代硫酸钠为硫源,利用计时电流法采用三电极体系电沉积制备出了Ni-S镀层.经XRD和EDS分析,该Ni-S镀层为Ni3S4,同时也存在少量的单质硫,形成Ni3S4/S复合物.从SEM图上可以看出该复合物镀层为微米颗粒组成的像树皮状结构.Ni3S4/S复合物作为锂离子电池负极,首次放电比容量可达975.1mAh/g,50次循环后容量保持率只能达到48.95%. Electrodeposition by chronoamperometry, a convenient approach, has been used for fabricating Ni3S4/S on Cu foil substrates. The obtained Ni3S4/S thin films were characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscopy), XRD(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) and EDS(energy dispersive spectrometry). The SEM showed that the coating was of the micron bark-shape grain structure, and the size of the particles would increase with the increase of the concentration of sodium thiosulfate. Furthermore, the electrodeposited Ni3S4/S thin films were first used as the anode for lithium-ion intercalation and exhibited a high specific capacity of 975.1 mAh/g, but the capacity retention reached only 48.95% after 50 cycles.
