液相光气法合成L-赖氨酸乙酯二异氰酸酯工艺改进
Improved synthesis of L-lysine ethyl ester diisocyanate from phosgene in the liquid phase

摘要


L-赖氨酸乙酯二异氰酸酯是一类有着良好应用前景的医用高分子材料的关键中间体.采用固体光气作为光气前体物质,在活性炭作用下生成光气并导入氯苯,制得光气的氯苯溶液,再通过与L-赖氨酸乙酯二盐酸盐反应合成了L-赖氨酸乙酯二异氰酸酯.在优化的反应条件下,反应总收率为80%.与传统光气法相比,具有操作和计量方便,安全性好的优点. L-lysine ethyl ester diisocyanate is a key intermediate of a kind of medical polymers which have potential application prospect. Using triphosgene as the precursor of phosgene, phosgene was released under the Catalysis of active carbon and then introduced into a flask containing chlorobenzene. Subsequently, the solution of L-lysine ethyl ester was added dropwise into the phosgene solution to generate the target product. Under the optimum reaction conditions, 80% total yield was obtained. Compared with the traditional synthetic method of using gaseous phosgene, this protocol has the advantages of convenient measurement and operation, as well as good safety.
