橄榄苦苷的热转化产物研究

摘要


通过把橄榄苦苷在水中煎煮,得转化产物,采用多种柱色谱技术对转化产物进行分离纯化,研究橄榄苦苷热转化产物的化学成分.根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构.分离鉴定了7个已知化合物,分别是oleuroside(1)、hydroxytyrosyl methylether(2)、methylelenolate(3),hydroxytyrosyl methylether(4)、erythocentaurin (5)、gentiogenal (6)和angeline(7).所有化合物均为首次从橄榄苦苷的热转化产物中分离得到. Oleuropein is widely present in Oleaceae plants, with anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, antibacterial, hypoglycemic and other physiological activities, widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Oleuropein was transformed in hot water, conversion products were separated by the silica gel, sephadex LH-20, eighteen alkyl bonded silica gel, MCI-gel column chromatography, and seven compounds were identified as oleuroside(1), hydroxytyrosyl methylether(2), methylelenolate(3), hydroxytyrosyl methylether (4), erythocentaurin (5), gentiogenal (6), and angeline (7). All of them were isolated from the heat-treatment transformation products of oleuropein for the first time.
