考虑桩土耦合时桩端后注浆对灌注桩承载力的影响分析

摘要


桩端后注浆技术是提升灌注桩承载能力非常有效的方法之一.依托某工程实例,考虑了桩土耦合作用,采用库伦剪切接触本构模型,并优化了注浆体模型,运用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,分析了桩端后注浆影响钻孔灌注桩承载力的规律.分析表明:桩端后注浆能提高钻孔灌注桩30%-50%左右的极限承载能力;只桩端注浆,桩身的承载力并不会提升太多,建议联合桩侧一起注浆. Post-grouting technology is an effective way to improve the bearing capacity of piles. With a case study of an engineering project that takes into consideration the soil-pile interaction, uses the coulomb shear contact model, and optimizes the grouting body model plus FLAC3D, the paper analyzes the influence of the pile end post-grouting on the bearing capacity of the bored pile. The analysis shows that the post grouting can improve 30%-50% ultimate bearing capacity of bored pile and the bearing capacity of the pile does not increase too much Only the pile end grouting.It is recommended that the joint pile side grouting together.
