双醛γ-环糊精的制备工艺研究

摘要


根据Malaprade反应的原理,采用高碘酸盐氧化γ-环糊精的方法制备双醛γ-环糊精,探讨了pH值、高碘酸钠与γ-环糊精摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对双醛γ-环糊精中醛基含量的影响.结果显示,在高碘酸钠与γ-环糊精的摩尔比为1、pH值为2、反应时间3h、反应温度在30~35℃之间的条件下,采用将高碘酸钠固体溶解后投入到γ-环糊精溶液中的方法投料,可得到双醛γ-环糊精. Based on the Malaprade reaction, this research studies the techniques for preparing dialdehyde cyclodextrin through the periodate-oxidized γ-cyclodextrin dialdehyde cyclodextrin, and the impacts of its pH value, the ratio of sodium periodate and the γ-cyclodextrin molar, the reaction temperature, the reaction time on the dialdehyde-γ-cyclodextrin content. The results show that when the pH value is 2, the ratio of sodium periodate and the γ-cyclodextrin molar is 1∶1, the reaction temperature is between 30—35 ℃ for 3h, and the dissolved solid of sodium periodate is put into the γ-cyclodextrin solution, the dialdehyde γ-cyclodextrin can be obtained.
