云南楤木的化学成分研究

摘要


研究了五加科楤木属药用植物云南楤木 (Aralia thomsonii Seem.) 的化学成分,利用色谱法从其根的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,经波谱数据分析鉴定为1个四甲基环己烯型单萜蚱蜢酮 (Grasshopper ketone,1),2个黄酮苷类化合物[山萘酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2) 与 芹黄素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷酶(apigenin-7-O-α-L-rhamnosidase,3)] 和4个苯丙素类结构[3-O-咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(Methyl-3-O-caffeoylquinate,4),七叶内酯 (Esculetin,5),滨蒿内酯 (Scoparone,6),7-O-甲氧基-紫丁香基甘油(7-methoxy-syringylglycerol,7)]. 所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.A phytochemical study of the ethanol extracts of the roots of Aralia thomsonii led to the isolation of seven compounds by using various methods of chromatography. Compounds 1—3 were characterized as one megastigmane sesquitrpene (grasshopper ketone), and two flavonoid glycosides (kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and apigenin-7-O-α-L-rhamnosidase) by detailed spectral analysis. The isolates 4—7 were four phenylpropanoid derivatives, namely methyl-3-O-caffeoylquinate, esculetin, scoparone, and 7-methoxy-syringylglycerol, respectively. It is very noteworthy that all the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
