民族高校大学生移动学习需求及影响因素的调查研究

摘要


针对基于手机的移动学习需求和影响因素问题,通过发放问卷和非正式访谈对云南民族大学的本科生进行了调查和分析.问卷调查涉及移动学习设备使用情况、潜在的移动学习行为、基于手机的移动学习需求、费用敏感度、移动学习影响因素等5个方面.然后,基于科技接受模型构建了移动学习接受模型,模型表明个体特征(已有知识框架、先前知识、元认知水平、自我效能感和信息素养)和外部环境(网络环境、移动设备、资费、学习支持系统、媒介资源和网络外部性)影响动机水平、感知有用性和感知易用性,并最终决定移动学习行为的发生. This research uses questionnaire surveys and informal interviews to investigate the M-learning needs and the relevant influencing factors of more than 400 undergraduates at Yunnan Minzu University. The questionnaires involve the following five aspects: the use of mobile learning devices, potential learning behaviors, M-learning needs, cost sensitivity and the relevant influencing factors. Based on the questionnaire surveys and reviews, this research modifies the technology-based acceptance model to build the M-learning Acceptance Model. The model shows that personal characteristics and external environments will influence the motivation, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and finally cause different M-learning behaviors.
