Early synergistic effects of inhibition between Tween-80 and thiourea on the corrosion of cold rolled A-3 steel in chlorine acetic acid

摘要


尝试从较为环保且常规的缓蚀剂中选取2种复配,在用量较小的前提下提高缓蚀率,并解释它们的协同机理,进一步发掘复配型缓蚀的理论基础.用失重法研究室温下Cl-在乙酸介质中的最大腐蚀腐蚀浓度.通过Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗、扫描电镜等方法研究单独缓蚀和复配缓蚀的机理以及金属表面的形貌变化.单独实验表明:常温下氯离子质量浓度为600mg/L时对冷轧钢的腐蚀率最大.氯离子质量浓度为600mg/L的20%乙酸介质中,硫脲和吐温-80的缓蚀率都较低.而复配结果表明:硫脲质量浓度为2mg/L,吐温-80质量浓度为400mg/L时达到最大缓蚀率约70%. This research attempted to remix two common environment-friendly inhibitors to increase the inhibition rate with a small amount and explain the synergistic mechanism in order to further explore the theoretical basis of the relevant compound corrosion. It studied the maximum concentration of Cl- in corrosion media of acetic acid with the weight loss method. The inhibition mechanism of single and remixed inhibitors was investigated by Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and morphological change was observed by the scanning electron microscopy. Single-inhibitor experiments showed that when the concentration of chloride ions was 600mg/L at the room temperature, the cold-rolled steel reached the largest corrosion. The corrosion rates were low in 20% acetic acid with 600mg/L Chloride, when thiourea and Tween-80 were used alone. Remixed inhibitor experiment results showed that when thiourea was 2mg/L and Tween-80 was 400mg/L, the maximum inhibition rate reached about 70%.
