针型复合钨/氧化钨微型pH复合电极的研制及应用

摘要


利用自制的钨/氧化钨为pH指示电极,以Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极,组装于不锈钢针头内,制成针型钨/氧化钨微型pH复合传感器.该复合pH电极对H+的响应范围为pH=2.0~11.0, 能斯特响应斜率为-53.83mV/pH,响应时间小于1min.该电极具有机械强度高、响应快、重现性好、制作简单等优点,并已应用于水果原位微区测量,具有较好的效果. In this research, a wolfram/ wolfram oxide microneedle composite pH sensor is prepared by assembling the self-made wolfram/wolfram oxide and Ag/AgCl into the stainless steel. The linear range of the composite pH sensor is pH 2.0—11.0, with a Nernst response slope of -53.83 mV/pH and the response time of less than 1 min. The composite pH sensor with high mechanical strength, short response time and good reproducibility is easy to be prepared. Moreover, the prepared sensor has been successfully applied to determine pH in the micro-region of a pine fruit.
