山姜素与甲基化β-环糊精的包合行为研究

摘要


运用紫外光谱滴定、差热分析和粉末X线衍射等方法研究了山姜素分子与甲基化β-环糊精衍生物形成配位包合物的包合行为、包合能力及其性质表征.研究结果显示,山姜素与甲基化β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,包合能力的大小为:β-CD > DMβCD > TMβCD.形成包合物后,其水溶性和热稳定性明显提高. The guest molecular Alpinetin and the host molecules of cyclodextrin derivatives(DMβ-, TMβ-CD)as complexes as well as their inclusion complexes have been studied. The Alpinetin and cyclodextrin derivatives(DMβ-, TMβ-CD)for inclusion by using UV , XRD, DSC and TG have also been studied. The analysis results show some clathrate inclusion success. The Alpinetin and cyclodextrin sophisticated package can improve its solubility and stability.
