镍基纳米复合电镀的研究进展

摘要


纳米复合电镀是制备复合材料的一种新的方法,大大提高了材料的表面性能如耐磨性、耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性等,与其它金属基纳米复合镀层相比,镍基纳米复合镀层表现出了更加优异的性能,受到广大研究者的关注.本文介绍了国内外关于镍基纳米复合电镀的研究进展,包括复合电镀工艺和不溶性固体微粒的种类等方面,评述了不同功能性镍基纳米复合镀层和主要应用范围,并展望了镍基纳米复合电镀的发展趋势. Nano-composite electroplating technology, which is a new method for preparing composite materials, can remarkably improve the surface performances of some materials, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation properties. Compared with other metal-based nano-composite coatings, nickel-based nano-composite coatings show more excellent performances, and attract the attention of many researchers. This paper gives a detailed summary of the research progress of nickel-based nano-composite electroplating, including nano-composite electroplating processes, insoluble solid particles and so on. It also reviews the functions of nickel-based nano-composite coatings and their applications. Lastly, it predicts the development trend of the nickel-based nano-composite electroplating.
