新型1,8-萘啶并吡咯化合物的合成及光谱学性质的研究

摘要


采用7-氨基-2,4-二甲基-1,8-萘啶作为前体化合物与乙酸酐进行高温酰化反应,设计、合成并表征1,8-萘啶并吡咯型化合物.通过紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱重点研究产物在不同极性溶剂中的光谱性质,结果表明:这种类型的1,8-萘啶衍生物具有良好的光稳定性及较高的荧光量子产率;同时,随着溶剂极性的增强,化合物的光谱均向短波方向移动即发生蓝移.此实验方案具有反应路线短、目标产物产量高、原料利用率高、产物分离简单等优点. 7amino2,4dimethyl1 and 8naphthyridine are prepared as the initial materials for the design,synthesis and characterization of 1,8-naphthyridine and pyrrolo compounds by acylation with acetic anhydride at a hightemperature reaction.This research focuses on the optical properties of the products in the different polar solvents through the ultraviolet absorption spectra and the fluorescence emission spectrum,and the results show that this type of 1,8naphthyridine derivatives has good light stability and high fluorescence quantum yields;at the same time,it shows some blue shift phenomenon along with the increase of the solvent polarity.The experimental scheme has a shorter reaction route,a high yield of the target product, a high utilization rate of the raw materials,and is simple in the product separation.
