气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇含量条件优化
Optimization of the determination conditions for the methanol content in liquor by gas chromatography

摘要


以白酒为原料,对甲醇测定条件进行优化,建立甲醇分析条件.实验结果表明:最佳色谱条件为即载气流速1.00mL/min,柱温6℃/min,气化温度300℃,氢气流量28mL/min,检测器温度300℃.线性方程为y=66.209x+1.7125,r=0.9996,最小检出限为0.41mg/L,日内精密度2.07%,日间精密度2.40%,样品加标回收率为83.88%~94.53%.该方法适用于白酒中甲醇含量的测定,测得10个白酒样品中甲醇的含量4.18~66.97mg/L之间. This research uses the capillary-column gas chromatograph to optimize the determination conditions for the methanol content in liquor. The experimental results show that the optimal chromatographic condition for the carrier gas flow rate is 100mL/min., the column temperature 6℃ /min, the gasification temperature 300℃, the hydrogen flow 28mL/min, and the detector′s temperature 300℃. The linear equation is y=66.209x+1.7125,r=0.9996,the minimum detection limit is 0.41 mg/L, the within-day precision is 2.07%, the day-to-day precision is 2.40%, the recoveries of the spiked samples are 83.88%—9453%, and the average recovery is 89.38%. The methanol contents of ten samples are between 4.18mg/L and 66.97mg/L.
