Cu^2+离子荧光探针R1的合成及光谱性能研究

摘要


为考察民族植物药中金属离子的含量,采用罗丹明B为原料,设计合成了Cu^2+荧光探针R1.通过其光谱性能测试结果表明,R1能在V(乙醇)∶V(水)=10∶90的介质中高选择性识别Cu^2+,而其它常见离子如Na^+, K^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Mn^2+, Cd^2+, Cr^3+, Co^2+, Ni^2+, Ag^+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Fe^3+和Hg^2+则几乎没有荧光光谱的变化.此外,其他金属阳离子和阴离子对R1识别Cu^2+的干扰测试和Job-plot工作曲线的测试结果表明,探针R1识别Cu^2+几乎不受阳离子和阴离子的干扰,其络合配比是按照1∶1进行配位络合. For investigating the metal ions in ethnic medicine,a Cu2+ fluorescent chemosensor R1 was synthesized based on rhodamine B. The results of its spectrum show that chemosensor R1 displays an excellent selectivity for Cu^2+ in ethanol/water(10∶90,V/V)solution.Different from Cu2+,other metal ions such as Na^+, K^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Mn^2+, Cd^2+, Cr^3+, Co^2+, Ni^2+, Ag^+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Fe^3+ and Hg^2+,did not induce any spectral response under identical conditions.Moreover,competition experiments of Cu2+ with other metal ions and anions imply that R1 has more coordination tendency and selectivity to Cu^2+.And the binding mode supported by the data of the Job′s plot indicates a 1∶1 stoichiometry for the R1-Cu^2+ complex.
