Hydrothermal Synthesis and Luminescence Properties of Nano-crystalline GdBO_3:Tb~(3+) Assisted with Porous Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) Templates

摘要


采用水热合成法在AAO模板上制备了GdBO3:Tb3+绿色发光材料薄膜,并研究了退火温度对产物形貌和发光性质的影响.用XRD、SEM、EDS对GdBO3:Tb3+/AAO样品进行了表征.SEM结果表明,经过600℃、800℃高温退火后,在AAO模板上形成了一层方块形的GdBO3:Tb3+/AAO发光薄膜,600℃是得到具有规则方块形的GdBO3:Tb3+/AAO发光材料薄膜的最佳温度.荧光光谱的结果表明:GdBO3:Tb3+/AAO发光材料薄膜的特征发射为Tb3+ 5D4→7F5跃迁发射,其发射强度随着温度的升高而增强.

The GdBO3:Tb3+/AAO thin films and their patterning were successfully fabricated on the AAO template by a hydrothermal technique,using rare-earth oxides and boric acid as starting materials.It was found that we obtained homogeneous patterned films during the heat treatment process.The crystal structure,morphology,chemical composition and luminescence property of the resulting films were separately investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectrum(EDS) and pho...
