环丙沙星和四氰基乙烯的荷移反应及其荧光特性的研究

摘要


研究了以四氰基乙烯(TCNE)为电子受体对环丙沙星(CPFX)的电荷荷转移效应,并确立形成该荷移络合物的最佳条件.实验结果表明, CPFX与TCNE在丙酮-甲醇体系中, 40℃水浴中恒温40min即可形成稳定的n-π络合物,其荧光发射强度较之CPFX有显著的增强.对形成的电荷转移络合物的机理进行了探讨. This research focuses on the charge transfer reaction between ciprofloxacin(CPFX)and tetrachloroethylene(TCNE),and its optimum condition is also identified.The results indicate that, in the mixed solvent of acetone and methanol,CPFX and TCNE form a stable n-π complex after the heating in the 40℃ water for 40 minutes. Furthermore,the florescence properties of the complex are enhanced greatly.The mechanism of the charge transfer reaction is also discussed.
