龙血竭主要黄酮类成分及其DPPH自由基清除活性研究
Main flavonoids in Chinese dragon's blood and their DPPH free radical scavenging activities

摘要


采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和反相 RP C-18等柱色谱分离技术, 从广西龙血竭甲醇提取物中分离了8个主要的黄酮类化合物, 经综合波谱分析分别鉴定为:5, 4′-二羟基-7-甲氧基-6-甲基黄烷 (1), 7, 4′-二羟基高异黄烷 (2), 7, 4′-二羟基-8-甲氧基高异黄烷 (3), 7, 4′-二羟基高异黄酮 (4), 4′-羟基-2, 4-二甲氧基二氢查尔酮 (5), 4, 4′-二羟基-2-甲氧基二氢查尔酮 (6), 2, 4, 4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基二氢查尔酮 (7), 4, 4′-二羟基-2, 6-二甲氧基二氢查尔酮 (8). 还测定了化合物1~8的DPPH自由基清除活性, 化合物1表现出较强活性.

Chinese Dragon's blood is the red resin of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen. This research has focused on the main flavonoids of Dragons blood and their DPPH free radical scavenging activities. Eight compounds have been obtained from the methanolic extract of Dragons blood by the column chromatography on Sigel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP C-18. Their structures have been identified by combined spectroscopic analyses as 5, 4′-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-methylflavane (1), 7, 4′-dihydroxyhomoisoflavane (2), 7, 4′-dihydroxy-8-methoxyhomoisoflavane (3), 7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-chroman-4-one (4), 4′-hydroxy-2, 4-dimethoxydih-ydrochalcone (5), 4, 4′-Dihydroxy-2-methoxydihydrochalcone (6), 2, 4, 4′-trihydroxy-6-rnethoxydihydrochalcone (7) and 4, 4′-Dihydroxy-2, 6-dimethoxydihydrochalcone (8). Compounds 1—8 have been tested for their abilities to scavenge 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical. Compound 1 has displayed relatively strong activity.
