三组分体系提取龙眼壳总黄酮及分析
Three-component system for the extraction and analysis of the total flavonoids from longan shells

摘要


采用30%水-35%乙醇-35%丙酮三组分体系浸提龙眼壳中总黄酮.以硝酸铝及亚硝酸钠为显色剂,芦丁做标样,可见分光光度法测定龙眼壳总黄酮含量.用高效液相色谱法对所提取总黄酮进行分析.实验结果表明:三组分体系总黄酮浸取率为4.80%,比60%乙醇体系高(平均浸取率3.66%),与70%丙酮体系相近(平均浸取率4.68%);高效液相色谱分析表明龙眼壳总黄酮提取液中黄酮含量约4.51mg. This research uses the three-component system of 30% water-35% ethanol-35% acetone for the extract of the total flavonoids from longan shells. With aluminum nitrate and sodium nitrite as the color-developing agent, rutin as the standard sample, it uses visible light spectrophotometry to determinate the total flavonoids of longan shells. The extraction of the total flavonoids is analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results of this experiment show that the total extraction rate of flavonoids is 4. 80%, which is better than the 60% ethanol system (its average leaching rate is 3. 66%), similar to the 70% acetone system (the average extraction rate is 4. 68%). The analysis with the high-performance liquid chromatography shows that the total extract of flavonoids from longan shells is about 4. 51mg.
