基于SPC的“点菜式”教学质量管控方法研究

摘要


针对目前“点菜式”教学模式缺乏有效的质量监控手段,提出了一种基于SPC的综合质量管控方法.通过在教学过程的关键教学环节设置多个控制节点,采集能够充分反映教学质量的相关信息,采用SPC技术分辩出影响该教学模式质量的主要因素,使教学过程始终处于统计可控状态.将该方法应用于具体教学改革实践,并利用SPC规范对实际应用性能进行分析和评估,结果表明所提出的教学质量管控方法取得了预期效果. For the existing problem of lacking the efficient methods for monitoring and controlling the quality of food-ordering-style teaching, this paper puts forward a SPC-based method of administering and controlling the integrated quality of teaching. Through the setting-up of multiple controlling points in the key steps of the teaching process, the collecting of the information related closely to the quality of teaching, and the discrimination of the main factors of affecting the quality of the teaching mode by the SPC technology, the teaching process is always controllable in a statistical sense. Moreover, the proposed method is applied to the teaching reform, and its application in reality is analyzed and evaluated by the SPC specification. The results show that the expected effect is achieved by the proposed method of controlling the teaching quality.
