缅甸产钝叶樟挥发油的化学成分研究

摘要


运用超声提取、回流提取、水蒸汽蒸馏、浸泡提取4种方法对缅甸产钝叶樟植物的挥发油进行了提取,通过气质联用(GC-MS)技术结合计算机检索首次分析了缅甸产钝叶樟挥发油的化学成分. 分别鉴定出42、40、22、36个成分, 其中黄樟素(safrole)相对含量最高, 达到19.76%~28.47%.比较4种提取方法, 得油率分别为3.49%、2.50%、0.85%、1.92%, 表明超声提取法效果最优. The chemical constituents of volatile oil of Cinnamomum obtusifolium from Myanmar were studied. Using four methods(ultrasonic,reflux,steam distillation and immersion extraction),the volatile oils of this plant were extracted, and the extracted rates of volatile oil were 3.49%,2.50%,0.85% and 1.92%,respectively.The results showed that the best extraction method was the ultrasonic extraction. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. In the above-mentioned four methods,42,40,22 and 36 compounds were identified respectively.The highest constituent of the essential oils was safrole(relative contents at 19.76%—28.47%).
