2种山姜属植物挥发性成分的GC-MS分析
Determination of volatile compounds from two species of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann by GC-MS

摘要


采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取桂南山姜茎叶和毛红豆蔻茎叶的挥发油,以不同的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳的分析条件,用归一化法测定各个成分的相对含量,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析鉴定.从桂南山姜茎叶的挥发油中分离鉴定出了65个化合物,占其挥发油总成分的95.40%; 从毛红豆蔻茎叶的挥发油中分别分离鉴定出了71个化合物,占其挥发油总成分的92.38%. The volatile oils were extracted by Simultaneous Distillation Extraction (SDE) from the stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The content of each constituent was determined by the area normalization method. 66 components were identified, which constituted about 94.76% of the total volatile oils, the main ones were cadinol, β-pinene, humuladienone, 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone, valerenal, et al. Volatile components in the stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann are abundant, and there are lots of active ingredients, which can be used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
